NEED HELP WITH YOUR TEXTS OR HOMEWORK?

Do not worry. You can send us your texts or homework and we will correct them for you before you hand it over. It would be advisable that you send them at least three days in advance, so we can organise our schedule and send them back to you as soon as possible. We accept almost every kind of formats to read (.doc, .docx, .pdf, .odt, .zip, .jpg…)

The corrections will be handwritten and sent back to you in PDF. You can see an example here: Email us, attach your text as in a normal email and send it to: translatemate.eu@gmail.com. You can use this sample mail: Sample email for correction.

How to have your text corrected

Follow these steps:

  1. Please be sure you are registered so we can contact you easily. Let us know your level (or year) of learning.
  2. Send us an email with your text attached to translatemate.eu@gmail.com. Use this sample mail: Sample email for correction.
  3. Once we have received your text we will count the words and send you the information about the total costs by email. It will look like this: 
        1. .“Hi Peter:

    Your text has 150 words and your level is A1. Your correction will cost: 3€. If you pay outside Spain you will be charged extra 0,04€ on payment fees. That makes: 3,04€)

    – I agree on the price and terms. Please send me the payment request.

    – I do not agree on the price or terms.

  4. If you agree on the price and terms, please copy and paste this sign “✓” next to the first option like this:
    1. ✓  I agree on the price and terms. Please send me the payment request.
  5. We will send you a payment request for the exact price by PayPal so you can proceed to pay. (You do not need to have a PayPal account for that).
  6. Once your payment is confirmed, we will send your text back with the corresponding corrections. Ready!

  7. Please be sure that you understand the terms and conditions (You can also read them below). No refunds will be possible once we send you the corrected text/homework.

Prices

The prices are depending on both, the amount of words and the level you are studying. The prices for a word are the following for all languages:

  • Levels A1, A2 and B1: 0,02 € per word (0,031 AUD/word).
  • Level B2: 0,03 per word (0,047 AUD/word).
  • Levels C1 and C2: 0,06 € per word (0,094 AUD/word).

So, as an example, if your text has 200 words, and your level is A2, your correction will cost: 200 x 0,02= 4 € !!!

Warnings/Terms:

  • BE CAREFUL WHICH LEVEL YOU CHOOSE. Please avoid to send us a text about “philosophical dissertations” (for example) saying that your level is A1. We will notice that something is not right.
  • Corrections will be payed in advance. Once we send your correction, no refunds will be possible. It would be very easy to say e.g. that you do not agree with the terms, after you have your text corrected.
  • Remember that “correction” means that: “CORRECTION”. We will send you the information about which and which kind of mistakes you have made. We are NOT going to REWRITE or IMPROVE your text for you.
  • Articles, prepositions, pronouns and other “small” words also count, as they also make up your text. Exactly like in your exams.
  • If you have to correct some exercises we will also count the wording and formulation (usually in your mother language) as words. Anyway we have to read them in order to understand your task. Isn’t that true?
