CONTENTS

Here you will find a general overview of what you are going to learn.

 

YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:

  • Understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of a concrete type.
  • Introduce yourself and others and ask and answer questions about personal details such as where you/he/she live(s), people you know and things they have.
  • Interact in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help.

 

Grammar

  • Nouns. Gender, number and case.
  • Articles. Definite/indefinite. Gender, number and case.
  • Pronouns. Subject, direct, indirect, genitiv, reflexive.
  • Adjectives: agreement, attributive, predicative, adverbial, comparatives.
  • Verbs:
    • Present simple
    • Present Perfect
    • Imperatives
    • Modals: können, wollen, müssen, dürfen, sollen, möchten (KII)
    • Past simple (to be and to have)
    • separable verbs
    • irregular verbs
  • Questions: Word order.
  • Negatives: Nein, kein, nicht. Word order.
  • Prepositions + cases (common):place, time ,mode

Vocabulary

  • Meeting and greeting people.Personal information.
    • Nationalities, professions, family…
  • House: rooms, furniture…
  • Travel. Means of transportation. the city.
  • Food and drink.
  • Goods and services: Post office, bank…
  • Health: Parts of the body.
  • Describing people and things: Clothes, personality…

  • Free time activities.

SCHEDULE 

You can choose between:

  • German A1 on  Mondays and Wednesdays at 06.00 or at 16:00  (14:00 or 24:00 Sydney), and
  • German A1, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 09:00 Berlin (17:00 Sydney).

PRICES

COURSES and LESSONS:

  • Levels A1, A2 and B1. Basic and pre-intermediate. (Till 3rd. year school):
    • Group lesson (maximum 4 persons): 5,50€/lesson (8,61 AUD).
    • Semi-private (2 persons): 6,50 €/lesson (10,18AUD).
    • Private lesson (only one person): 11 €/lesson (17,22 AUD).

TEXT/HOMEWORK CORRECTION:

    • Levels A1, A2 and B1: 0,02 € per word (0,031AUD).
