The pricing of translations depends on the languages, the amount of words and the type of translation.

There are usually three types of translation regarding the level you need, namely:
- Standard translations: Standard level of language without technical vocabulary or special needs. No official or legal confirmation needed. Mostly used for informal emails and letters, social media, user reviews. You will usually pay per word.
- Technical or specialized translations without official or legal confirmation needed. Mostly used for books, presentations, publications, ads…which do not need a legal certification. Usually paid per word.
- Sworn translations. This is a kind of special translation in which you will need a certified translator. This is the usually used one for official documents (birth certificates, contracts, diplomas, qualifications, inheritances…with full legal validity). In this case you could be charged by pages, by the whole document or by word.
Quotation requests
Given the big amount of different cases in which you could need a translation, here we can just offer illustrative or estimated prices per word. Fixed prices cannot be properly calculated unless you make a quotation request.

How to make a quotation request.
To ask for a quotation request, please follow these steps.
1. Make sure you are registered so we can contact you easily. You can register here.
2. Send us an email with your text attached and the kind of translation you want. You can use this sample email: sample email for translation.
2.1. We will count the words, check the type of text, and we will send you an estimated budget. It will look like that: “Hi Peter: Your text has 150 words and you need a standard translation from Spanish to English.Your translation will cost: 9 €, taxes not included. If you pay outside Spain you will be charged extra 0,04 € on payment fees. That makes:

2.2. If your text is too big, you can send us a sample page. We will calculate the prices following exactly the same format of the page you provide us: Font, font size, line spacing, etc. (see warnings).
4. If you agree with the price and terms, please copy and paste this sign “✓” next to the first option like that:“- ✓ I agree on the price and terms. Please send me the payment request.”, and send us this email back. You do not have to answer if you do not agree.
5. In case you agree, we will send you a payment request for the exact price by PayPal so you can proceed to pay (you do not need to have a PayPal account).
6. Once your payment is confirmed, we will send your translation back. Ready! Please be sure that you understand the terms and conditions. No refunds will be possible once we send you the translation.
